Authorization for transmission, recording, and publication of audio and video content

The undersigned,

AUTHORISES

Pluribus One S.r.l. pursuant to Articles 96 and 97 of the Law on the protection of copyright and other IP rights no. 633 of 22 April 1941 as well as Article 10 of the Civil Code, to    
- exercise the rights provided for by articles 12 and following of Law no. 633/1941;
- recording and reproducing by radio, television, film and photographic means: images, voice, names and statements made;
- record and reproduce by radio, television, film and photographic means: images, voice, names and statements made;
- record the same on any known and future technical and/or multimedia;
- support and reproduce and/or disseminate them through the website www.pluribus-one.it including the related social networks Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin, connected to the aforementioned website, as well as by any other known and future means;
- print and publish the same in magazines, books, brochures and within promotional material of Pluribus One S.r.l;
- to exhibit and project the images at exhibitions, debates, conferences and to use the same for future events/works.

DECLARES    
- to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the processing of personal data in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy set out above;
- to have authorized the filming of his image, name and voice and/or other sounds produced by him, under the terms and conditions set out below, for the purposes pertaining to the aforementioned authorization;
- to assume full responsibility for the declarations made, releasing Pluribus One S.r.l. from any claim and/or action even by third parties;
- to be informed and aware of the fact that for some transmissions downloading is allowed;
- to renounce any consideration for the installation, use, reproduction and diffusion of the images.

The undersigned also prohibits the use of the images in contexts that undermine personal dignity and decorum.
